As a small, appointment-based service, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to accommodate. I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Cancellations made on the same day will unfortunately be charged at the full appointment rate, as I’m unable to offer the slot to another client at short notice.
